| Upon receipt of the case the physician is selected, subject to your pre-approval upon request. The specialist is involved from the start, thus avoiding delays, but most importantly insuring evaluation of your client's case by an appropriate expert. |

| If the case is meritorious, you are provided with a signed report or affidavit of merit. The same physician is available upon reasonable notice for consultations, answering interrogatories and appearing at depositions or trial, thus providing continuity in your case. |

| If the reviewing doctor's opinions are contrary to the position taken in your case, you will be provided with their signed written report (unless requested orally) explaining his or her opinion. This process avoids the expenditure of additional time and money in cases with no likelihood of success. |
